SBB Uniforms will provide full credit or partial credit to customer if returns meet the following conditions:

  • All merchandise was never used.
  • Customer must provide a valid reason for the return.
  • All merchandise is returned within (7) business days of delivery.

Restocking Policy

  • SBB, Inc. will not add a restocking fee if item is defective, wrong products shipped.
  • Re-stocking fees for any other reasons will not exceed 15% of the total value of the original order.

Customer Support:

  • Customer will have a contact person for any customer support. This individual may be your representative as well.
  • That representative will be a point of contact between you and SBB, Inc. Personal information will not be available to him or her 
  • Representative will make the customers aware of the contract, order and pricing.
  • Representative will provide toll-free customer service phone # and local # ( or representative phone #)
  • Out of town customers will be provided with notification and tracking #.
